These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LUNA SRLS Unipersonale website (P.IVA 14606200963) and any purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We are an Italian company registered in Lombardy, operating under the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) as set out in Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.
All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (IVA) where applicable. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice.
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance until the goods have been dispatched. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
We offer delivery across Italy. Standard delivery timeframes are 5–10 business days for metropolitan areas and 10–15 business days for regional and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Free delivery is available on orders over €200. For massage chairs, we provide a white-glove delivery service including unpacking and placement in your preferred location. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the item in a safe location or attempt redelivery.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Italian Consumer Code. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, exclude, or modify the consumer guarantees provided under the Italian Consumer Code.
In addition to your rights under the Italian Consumer Code, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all massage chairs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition with all packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. For faulty products, we will cover all return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
All massage chairs come with a manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product page. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims should be directed to our customer service team. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Italian Consumer Code.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Italian Consumer Code, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LUNA SRLS Unipersonale or its licensors and is protected by Italian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003).
If you have a dispute regarding a purchase or these Terms, please contact us first to attempt to resolve the matter. If we cannot resolve the dispute, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM). These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milano.
